Pre-Internship examinations shall be done by Medical, Dental and Allied Health Professionals before being provisionally registered i.e. before going to do internship training

Requirements:-

1. Introductory letter or Certified copy of qualifying diploma/degree(MD/MBBS/MB.ChB/DDS/BDS
2. Ordinary Level Certificate
3. Advanced Level Certificate
4.  Certificate of Birth
5. Certified copy of Passport(For non Tanzanian)
6. Certificate of Swahili Proficiency from BAKITA (For non Tanzanian)
7. Certificate of evaluation from NECTA for those who trained O-level and/or A-Level outside Tanzania
8. Certificate of evaluation of academic qualifications from Tanzania Commission for Universities(TCU) (if trained outside Tanzania)
9. One passport size photograph
10. A non-refundable application fee amounting to USD 50 for non Tanzanians and no fee for Tanzanians

Post-Internship examinations shall be done by Medical, Dental or Allied Health Professionals after completing internship  training in order to determine eligibility for full registration.

5. Certified copy of Passport(if not Tanzanian)
6. Certificate of evaluation of academic qualifications from Tanzania Commission for Universities(TCU) (if trained outside Tanzania)
7. One passport size photograph
8. A non-refundable application fee of TSHS 50,000/= for Tanzanians and USD 50 for non Tanzanians
