All Practitioners issued with Practicing License are hereby required by the law (Medical, Dental, and Allied Health Professional Act Cap. 152 2017) to have PROFESSIONAL STAMP with details prescribed in the Practicing License with the following details:

• Name of practitioner
• Registration No
• Current Address
• Qualification

The address of the Practitioner should be of the facility where he is fully employed or practices.

NOTE: 

The Council does not issue professional Stamps but approves the submitted professional stamps if they  comply with the above requirements. You are therefore, advised to communicate with their respective professional association to obtain the same.

The sample of professional stamp is submitted to the Council by stamping it on a plain paper and uploading to the document details module in your profile.
